Profile
George Georgiou graduated from the Technical University of Liberec, Czech Republic in 2008. After gaining his professional licence he worked as project architect and associate architect for various firms in Cyprus. In 2012 he founded Urban Fabric Architectural Laboratory aiming to design buildings with an innovative approach to construction and detailing.

Profile
Maria Hadjivasili studied architecture at Democritus University of Thrace Polytechnic University in Greece, graduating in 2009. After 2 years of working experience in Cyprus, she attended the postgraduate program in Bartlett School of Architecture in the UK and received her master's degree from UCL in 2012. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her research focuses on daylight as perceptual and poetic material in architecture.
